Overview
This policy covers STATUM Racing (racing.designthinkingjapan.com), operated by Design Thinking Japan LLC ("DTJ"), Tokyo, Japan. It explains what data we collect when you visit this site, and how we handle it.
What we collect
- Nothing you type. This site has no forms, no accounts, and no sign-up.
- Technical data: standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps) retained by our cloud hosting provider.
- Usage statistics: aggregate, cookieless page analytics and page-speed measurements. No individual tracking.
How we use it
- To understand which pages are read, in aggregate
- To monitor site performance and diagnose technical issues
- We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or sale to third parties
Third-party services
We use the following categories of service providers. Each receives only the minimum data needed for its function:
- Cloud hosting provider — site infrastructure, server logs, and the aggregate analytics above
- Web font provider — delivers the site's typefaces; like any web request, it receives your IP address
We do not use third-party advertising networks, behavioural analytics, or data brokers.
Cookies
This site uses no tracking, advertising, or analytics cookies. The only browser storage used is your language preference (EN/JP), stored locally on your device.
Data retention
We store no personal data ourselves. Server logs are kept by our hosting provider under its standard retention period.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data through DTJ's contact page. Residents of the EU (GDPR) and Japan (APPI) have specific statutory rights — we will honor those requests within 30 days.
